iPhotoDraw lets you add description text, callout boxes (balloons), dimensions, detailed images, and other annotation objects to pictures. This program saves the annotation in a separated file so that the original picture is intact. iPhotoDraw also allows you to add filters & photo-effects, and fine-tune the brightness/contrast/hue/saturation.
